ABOUT HYROX ULTRA

Fitkoh HYROX Training is a personalized strength and conditioning program designed specifically to meet the physical and mental demands of HYROX competition.

You’ll work one-on-one with a dedicated coach to align your training with your goals, schedule, and current fitness level.

Together, we build a plan that combines strength, speed, and endurance — ensuring you're ready for every run, every station, and every challenge.

This is purposeful training, expert support, and consistent accountability — so when race day comes, you’ll feel powerful, confident, and fully prepared to perform.

Arti is certified in strength & conditioning, functional fitness, and endurance programming, and is constantly upgrading his knowledge to deliver the most effective, up-to-date methods in the sport.

    • Precision Nutrition Certification
    Meet Coach Arti, a dedicated fitness professional with over 5 years of coaching experience. Arti's journey into the world of fitness began with her own personal transformation, where she shed an incredible 42 kilograms. Inspired by her own success and driven by a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, she decided to pursue a career in personal training.

    Armed with certifications including Fitness Instructor Certification and Personal Training Level 3, Arti is committed to empowering her clients through exercise and nutrition.

    Known as the "Queen of Hypertrophy" and muscle building, Arti thrives on seeing her clients progress and helping them reach their full potential. Her attention to detail for planning every class and each client's program is next to none.

    Outside of personal training, Arti takes our mobility and kettlebell classes, and also our weekly hikes. She is deeply passionate about teaching proper technique to her clients and is a firm believer that with dedication and the right support, anyone can achieve their fitness goals.

    Outside of work, you will find Arti exploring coffee shops, going for runs and hikes, and experimenting with new types of training. Despite her busy schedule, she prioritizes time with her two young sons, finding balance between her passion for fitness and family life.
