Body Transformation
This Body Transformation Bootcamp is aimed at people who want a complete lifestyle change. A pre and post-program including body fat checks and measurements will be taken throughout the course, which will feature both fitness and nutrition training, tailored for every individual. The Bootcamp begins with a 5-day detox, clearing the body from toxins and allowing the digestive system to reboot.
All meals are included in the camp; all will be locally sourced with fresh and organic ingredients, helping you lose weight and stay healthy. Along with the daily group training sessions, five personal training sessions with one of our expert trainers are included in the plan.
Five massages will also be offered per week to help aid recovery! You will be given a supplement pack on arrival to ensure you have all the nutrients your body needs on this transformation journey. Before leaving, the team provides each member with a 3-month training plan, so that training can be continued in a healthy and effective manner.
