TERMS AND CONDITIONS - FitKoh Booking Policies and Agreement Terms

for use of FitKoh services
By making a booking with Fit Koh Co. Ltd (below referred to as FitKoh) you (the guest/ the user) hereby agree that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions fully:

  • All payments made through the website and upon arrival for training and accommodation are final and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. FitKoh is not responsible for loss of training due to illness, injury, emergency situations or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • The participant is aware that he/she is responsible for getting the results out of this retreat that he/she desires. The tools & techniques taught during FitKoh Fitness camp can only be successful if the participant follows the given program, listens to the trainers and executes the needed actions for their goals.
  • FitKoh cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the participant.
  • FitKoh reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts and this does not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.
  • The participant is aware that results may and will vary for every single guest. FitKoh does not claim any set results thus is not responsible for any unmet expectations.
  • Fitkoh Samui/ Lionheart Samui, is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies or schedule changes.
Should your plans change, be sure to inform us within the following guidelines for a refund of your deposit.
  • If the cancellation does not meet guidelines, the deposit will be retained.
  • The cancellation policy can be applied under these conditions:
  • More than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival - no penalty, the remaining balance can be used for your future stay at FitKoh, valid for 12 months.
  • 30-15 days prior to arrival - The remaining balance, minus the cost of the first night, can be used for your future stay at FitKoh/Lionheart, valid for 12 months.
  • 0-14 days prior to arrival - No refund
