TERMS AND CONDITIONS - FitKoh Booking Policies and Agreement Terms

for use of FitKoh services
By making a booking with FitKoh Co. Ltd (below referred to as FitKoh) you (the guest) hereby agree that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions fully:

  • All payments made through the website and upon arrival for training and accommodation are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable. FitKoh is not responsible for loss of training due to illness, injury, emergency situations or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • The participant is aware that they are responsible for getting the results that they desire. The tools & techniques taught during FitKoh Fitness camp can only be successful if the participant follows the given program, listens to the trainers and executes the needed actions for their goals.
  • Our timetables and class schedules are subject to change from low to high season and weather conditions.
  • FitKoh cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the participant.
  • FitKoh reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts and this does not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price and no subsequent discount will then become due to them.
  • The participant is aware that results may and will vary for every single guest. FitKoh does not claim any set results thus is not responsible for any unmet expectations.
  • FitKoh Samui/ Lionheart Samui, is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies or schedule changes.
  • If the cancellation does not meet our booking policy terms, the deposit will be retained.
  • The cancellation policy can be applied under these conditions: More than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival - no penalty, the remaining balance can be used for your future stay at FitKoh, valid for 12 months. 30-15 days prior to arrival - The remaining balance, minus the cost of the first night, can be used for your future stay at FitKoh/Lionheart, valid for 12 months. 0-14 days prior to arrival - No refund.
  • FitKoh Samui/ Lionheart Samui strongly advise that all guests obtain sufficient travel and health insurance.
