Gym clothing – A mix for both hot and cooler weather:
- Lightweight, breathable clothing for hot weather
- Light waterproof jacket for cooler evenings or early morning sessions
Outdoor trainers – For running, hiking, and outdoor workouts
Indoor trainers – For gym use (optional if you have an injury, our gym is a barefoot gym and barefoot training is encouraged. Note: no shoes that have been worn outdoors can be work in the gym for health & safety reasons)
Swimwear – For beach or pool relaxation and recovery sessions
Beach towel – For beach days or pool use
Personal medication – Any necessary medication you regularly take
Sunscreen – High SPF for protection during outdoor activities
Hat and sunglasses – To protect from the sun during outdoor activities
Reusable water bottle – Staying hydrated is key during training
Toiletries – Including soap, shampoo, and deodorant. These items can be purchased at 7/11 and local pharmacies
Yoga mat – Optional, we provide yoga mats at our yoga sala
Training gloves and wraps (mandatory) – For Muay Thai or boxing sessions (optional if you prefer your own gear). We sell gloves and wraps on-site if you prefer to purchase here
Flip flops – For easy access to and from the beach or pool
Bug spray – For protection from mosquitoes during outdoor activities. You can bring your own or this can be easily purchased at 7/11s and local pharmacies.
Snacks or supplements – Any specific nutrition products you like to use while training such as whey or creatine.
Waterproof phone case – Handy for beach or pool activities
