What to expect from Boxercise Class at FitKoh:
We base our Boxing class on the training concepts used by boxers to keep fit. Classes plans can vary but a typical one may involve skipping, hitting pads, hitting punch bags and an intense abs workout to finish off.
Boxing is suitable for beginners to advanced.
There is no physical hitting of an opponent, it’s just a fun, stress relieving, calorie burning workout.
