About program

This Body Transformation Bootcamp is aimed at people who want a complete lifestyle change. A pre and post-program including body fat checks and measurements will be taken throughout the course, which will feature both fitness and nutrition training, tailored for every individual. The Bootcamp begins with a 5-day detox, clearing the body from toxins and allowing the digestive system to reboot.

All meals are included in the camp; all will be locally sourced with fresh and organic ingredients, helping you lose weight and stay healthy. Along with the daily group training sessions, five personal training sessions with one of our expert trainers are included in the plan.

Five massages will also be offered per week to help aid recovery! You will be given a supplement pack on arrival to ensure you have all the nutrients your body needs on this transformation journey. Before leaving, the team provides each member with a 3-month training plan, so that training can be continued in a healthy and effective manner.

Tony's main focus is taking care of our body transformation clients insuring they are happy, working hard and achieving life changing results.

Tony holds qualifications in personal training, strength & conditioning, kettlebells, TRX and is a certified precision nutrition coach. He is continuously furthering his fitness education to keep himself and clients up to date with the most effective and modern techniques to achieve their goals.

Personal trainer

  • Tony Olin
    Tony Olin has been working as a fitness professional since 2009. His speciality has been in training professional athletes for the majority of his career.

    He qualified as a personal trainer from Ireland's leading personal training college in 2012. In 2013 he undertook an additional qualification as a strength and conditioning coach from the reputable Elite Fitness Academy.

    During the same year he also received certifications in TRX suspension training as well as Kettlebell instruction. In 2016 he completed his already well rounded knowledge by qualifying as a nutrition coach from Precision Nutrition.

    On top of that, Tony is also a highly regarded Muay Thai fighter who has competed professionally in Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, Thailand and Ireland. He is currently ranked no.2 in the 63.5kg weight division.

    He is the founder of Lionheart Muay Thai in Dublin, which is the no.1 Muay Thai gym in Ireland and co-founded the Toned & Fit Gym which is one of the leading weight loss gyms in Dublin.
